June and July Sessions
- CCA101 – AC/DC Motors & Drives Fundamentals, will take place June 18 – 19 from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. This is a skills-building course that will provide attendees with a basic understanding of alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) motor and drive concepts and terminology. Students will also obtain hands-on skills required to build a miniature DC motor.
- Live webinar: Effective Strategies for Developing and Maintaining your Arc Flash Program. Safety managers are encouraged to attend this FREE online class on June 6, from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Students will learn to identify how the core safety programs of lockout/tagout, machine safety, and arch flash combined to provide a backbone of a company’s worker safety program.
- Connected Components Workbench Introduction: On July 15, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. attendees will learn the basics of how to be successful with the Connected Components Workbench (CCW) programming environment. This class starts with an overview of the products which the software configures; such as Micro800 controllers, PanelView 800 displays, and PowerFlex drives. It continues with hands-on programming labs for the Micro810 and Micro850 controllers.
- Kinetix Workbench: On July 30, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., students will learn about new topics and products for Kinetix Motion and hands-on lab opportunities will be provided.
